Safe Harbor Capital Group is proud to welcome Mortgage Counselor Shelly Zaltsman as the newest addition to the sales force. Shelly has been working in the financial service industry for the past five years at Bank Yahav in Israel. Shelly specialized in credit counseling and will be using her knowledge of the banking world to assist homebuyers.
